Learn how to play! (Game starts... Not yet! Come back soon!)
Contestants (you!) need to read one of the SWPPPs (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) and share what you think the most important priority topic/area is and why. When you submit your name and comments, you enter your name for a chance to win a prize!
What's the point of this game?
Some of the RSPT members in NE MN have a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit. Annually, these members are required to have a comment period for their reports. So, we made it into a game!
How to play:
Click START PLAYING
Click on any of the SWPPP web pages listed below. Read one or all 8!
Add your name, contact info, & stormwater comment on the 2026 SWPPP Public Comment form.
What kind of comments is RSPT looking for?
Send RSPT your best idea, action, or public education topic to help us protect our creeks, lakes, and wetlands from stormwater pollution.
If you are all out of ideas, you can also do a little research by reading one of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPP) documents for one of RSPT’s partner communities and comment on their plans. Is something missing from their stormwater plans? What requirements would you like to see your community approach differently?
