1.1 The RSMxSTACKED Classic Cup 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tournament') is open to all Malaysian and non-Malaysian volleyball players.
1.2 Each team is permitted to include only one (1) male seeded player, defined as athletes who have competed in SUKMA or Malaysia Open. Male players who have represented the national team in any category (indoor or beach volleyball) or international tournaments/leagues — including but not limited to MVL, Sooka Super Series, AVC, ASG, SEA Games, AUG, or tournaments of similar nature/level — are strictly prohibited from participating.
1.3 Male players under the age of 18 and above the age of 35 are exempt from seeded restrictions and may participate freely.
1.4 Liberos are exempt from all seeded restrictions and may participate without limitation. This exemption applies to:
Players who previously played as libero in restricted tournaments (MVL, Sooka Super Series, AVC, ASG, SEA Games, AUG, etc.) -- they may play ANY position in this Tournament without any restriction
Any player who registers as a libero for this tournament
1.5 All female players are exempt from eligibility restrictions and may participate regardless of competitive history.
2.1 Each team may register a maximum of twelve (12) players and up to three (3) team officials, which may include a manager and a coach.
2.2 All teams must field six (6) players on court during play, comprising four (4) men and two (2) women at all times. Failure to meet the 4/2 requirement at any point will result in forfeiture of the match.
2.3 The complete team list must be submitted a day before the tournament (24th Jan 2026).
2.4 All players shall only represent one (1) team throughout the tournament.
2.5 All participating teams must wear matching jerseys with clearly visible numbers printed at the centre front and centre back. Teams that fail to meet uniform requirements may be disallowed from competing.
3.1 All matches will follow the official schedule issued by the Organising Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee"), which reserves full authority to amend match order, timing, or court allocation at its discretion for tournament flow or operational needs.
3.2 The tournament venue is a strictly designated non-smoking area. Any individual found smoking within the competition premises will be fined RM500.
3.3 Only registered players and team officials are permitted within the court and technical areas.
3.4 The Committee shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings incurred during the tournament. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
3.5 On-court decisions by referees and umpires are final. The Committee will only review matters submitted through the formal protest protocol (refer to Clause 5.1 - 5.4).
3.6 The Committee retains absolute and final authority over all matters related to rule interpretations, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and tournament administration. The Committee reserves the right to amend rules, introduce additional regulations, or take necessary actions to ensure smooth operations of the event. All decisions made by the Committee are final and are not subject to further appeal.
4.1 The tournament will begin with a Round Robin Group Stage, where all teams will compete within their assigned groups. Upon completion of the Group Stage, teams ranked 2nd and 3rd in each group will enter a Play-In Round to determine the remaining qualifiers for the Top 16, while teams ranked 1st in each group will automatically advance to the Top 16 Single Elimination Knockout Stage.
The Top 16 will be conducted in a single-elimination format, with winning teams progressing sequentially to the Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, and Finals based on the official bracket released by the Committee. Knockout placements may be determined through a draw conducted by the Committee. The tournament format remains conditional on the final number of participating teams and may be updated accordingly.
4.2 All matches will be played using a 31-point rally scoring system, with no deuce at 30–30 and no change of court at any point during the set.
4.3 Each team is entitled to two (2) time-outs per set.
4.4 All matches shall be governed by FIVB and MAVA rules, subject to modifications deemed appropriate for the amateur mixed-gender format.
4.5 All match procedures, scheduling adjustments, and operational decisions remain subject to directives issued by the Committee, whose instructions take precedence where required.
5.1 Protests must be submitted within thirty (30) minutes after the conclusion of the match in question.
5.2 All protests must be accompanied by an RM100 deposit and supported with relevant evidence.
5.3 Only the registered team manager or team captain is authorised to submit a protest.
5.4 The deposit will be fully refunded if the protest is upheld. All decisions made by the Committee are final and binding.
6.1 The registration fee for participation is RM350 per team.
6.2 All registration payments must be made strictly and exclusively to the official Tournament account:

Payments made to any other bank accounts, individuals, or third-party channels shall be considered invalid, and the Committee shall not be held responsible for any losses, fraudulent transfers, or disputes arising from payments made outside the designated official account.
6.3 Prizes for the top-performing teams are as follows:
