We invite researchers from any background to submit a 1-page abstract (text and 1 optional figure) presenting preliminary results, ongoing works and demos relevant to the topic of the workshop. The abstract will be reviewed by the organizers and acceptance will be based on the quality of the contribution, originality, and relevance to the topics of interest of the workshop.
All accepted contributions will be notified and will be asked to present a poster for the poster sessions of the workshop and a video contribution, to allow online participation.

Submission Guidelines
The submitted contributions will go through a single-blind review process.
All accepted contributions will be presented during the poster sessions of the workshop and online.
Call for contributions is open to both in-person and online attendees.
The deadlines reported below are for the same workshop but early bird submissions will get an early notification of acceptance:
Early-bird deadline: 22/03/24
Late-bloomers deadline: 22/04/24
Final deadline: 01/05/24

The author's notification of acceptance will be given within two weeks of each submission deadline.
A Best Poster Award will be awarded to the top 3 posters. In line with the goals of the workshop, the prizes for the best posters will also be sustainable. The winners will receive trees planted in their name by Ecosia complete with a certificate recognising the number of trees the winners helped to plant:
1st Place: 40 trees
2nd Place: 20 trees
3rd Place: 10 trees
