Robert Gaj
ROBERT GAJ — Founder & Lead Engineer.
Robert founded RSG Diamond and leads the engineering development of the aircraft.
He is responsible for the overall concept, mechanical and structural design, system integration, prototyping and the countless engineering decisions that turn Diamond from a CAD model into a physical aircraft.
His approach to the project is straightforward: understand the problem, find the simplest solution that genuinely works, build it, test it — and change it when reality says it can be better.
From the first sketch to the first aircraft, the final engineering responsibility stays in one place.
Tobiasz Gaj
TOBIASZ GAJ — Digital Engineering & Communications
Tobiasz supports Diamond where engineering, digital tools and communication meet.
His work includes:
CAD support and digital modelling,
preparation of reference models,
management of digital assets and project data,
IT support for the engineering workflow,
communication and external contacts.
He also helps turn the enormous amount of work happening behind the scenes into something that can be followed and understood from outside the project.
While Robert concentrates on building the aircraft, Tobiasz helps keep its digital world — and its connection with the outside world — moving.
