ROBERT GAJ — Founder & Lead Engineer.
The project was founded and is led by Robert, an independent engineer responsible for the complete design and development of the RSG DIAMOND gyrocopter. His vision, discipline, and commitment to transparent engineering set the direction for the entire initiative. Around him grows a community of supporters, contributors, and aviation enthusiasts who share the same belief: that ambitious aircraft projects can be built openly, honestly, and independently.
Tobias Gaj
TOBIASZ GAJ — Digital Engineering & Communications
Tobiasz plays a key role in the areas where modern engineering meets digital precision.
He is responsible for communication, external contacts, and maintaining the information flow between the project and its growing community. His technical contributions include:
CAD support and digital modeling,
preparation of reference models,
management of digital assets,
IT‑related tasks that support the engineering workflow.
This combination of hands‑on engineering from Robert and digital precision from Tobiasz creates a balanced, modern approach to building an aircraft from the ground up.
