1st year master student at UT, with research interests in microbial information collection. He is particularly interested in ideological studies and literary criticism.

1st year research student at UT, with research interests in the direction of ESR perobbutanium solar cells. He is interested in tennis, photography and travel.

1st year PhD student at UT, with research interests in harnessing optimization technology for energy systems. His future dream is to become a university teacher!

Wenzhi Tao

Deputy Representative

1st year university student. She chose biology because she likes insects. Now She is studying biological resources science. She has been fascinated by nature since she was a child, hoping to maintain a balance between humans and nature. She hopes that through the support meeting, she can study hard with everyone and do valuable research.

Chunmu Zhu

Accountant

1st year research student at UT. He has been engaged in legal work in China for many years, mainly dealing with inheritance, marital property division, and legal person property preservation related work, and holds the qualification for practicing securities in China.

Nozomu Yoshida

Nozomu Yoshida was born in Morioka city, Iwate Prefecture, Japan in 1998. Enrolled in the Master’s program in Informatics at the University of Tsukuba Graduate School from 2020 and joining Digital Nature Group, led by Prof. Yoichi Ochiai. After studying Physical Science and Materials Engineering since 2016, he was incorporated into the Computer, Intelligence and Media Technology course in the department of systems innovation engineering at the Iwate University in 2017. In addition to majoring in Computer Science, he also belongs to the campus company iFive.inc and develops ‘Ganchannel’ and business plans. Joined Crossover Design Studio (Matsuyama Laboratory) from October 2018 to March 2020. In the context of Human-Computer Interaction, He researched a guitar that expands the expressiveness and physicality of the performer. He is active in a wide range of fields (e.g. Ofunato Business Contest 2018 Dream section highest prize, 5th national founding school championship participation, British Columbia University EGC program completion, first Dan at Japanese calligraphy). Taking advantage of his experience in obtaining Eiken Grade 1 and TOEIC 845 points, he also works as an international student tutor and interpreter.

Xinyue Zhang

1st year research student at UT, with research interests in the application of HyFlex course. She has interests in cooking, yoga and horror movies.

Shucen Dong

1st year research student at UT. She won the 3rd best student, the 2019 school excellent academic award, the 3rd best summer internship team, the best debater, the 3rd place in the "SilinCup" debate contest, etc.

Jianan Li

1st year master student at UT, with research interests in Eco-friendly polymer sensor. He is particularly interested in photography and Mechatronics design.


Zixin Cui

2st year doctor student at UT, majoring in human factor, an interdisciplinary of psychology and engineering. She is interested in human-automation interaction, cross-cultural design and cultural psychology.

Shinnosuke Yanagawa

Shinnosuke Yanagawa is a 1st year master student of University of Tsukuba. He was born and raised in Tokushima, Japan. His research interests are in continuum mechanics, elasticity, plasticity, optimization.  

Shengdi Xiao

She studied network engineering at the Dalian Polytechnic University in China as an undergraduate, and her master’s major is in computing with digital media at the University of Sussex, UK. Currently studying in a PhD program as a first-year PhD Candidate at the University of Tsukuba, She is committed to advancing the field of language modelling and artificial intelligence. Her primary research focus revolves around the development of user studies utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
