During the fall semester of 2021, I completed my professional Internship hours by working at the Hard Rock Cafe in Ponce. During this time, I was able to further my education about the tourism Industry with hands on experience with business professionals.

Prepare schedules for team of hosts to guarantee all shifts are covered.
Assist managers in performing job Interviews and candidate selection.
Serving guests, as to ensure an "amplified service" is being provided.
Covered shifts in retail store, while promoting merchandise Items to Increase sales.
