The Ron Palmer Memorial Scholarship Fund Inc. is a 504(C)3 nonprofit organization and was established in order to raise money to fund a scholarship to be awarded to students graduating from the Norwich City School District and continuing their education in the field of Music at the college level. Students can apply for this scholarship through the Norwich High School Guidance Office.
