RPM CC & ORG was founded after years of hands-on experience working in residential construction, remodeling, project coordination, and contractor management. 

Growing up and working in the construction industry provided firsthand exposure to the challenges homeowners face when building, renovating, or managing residential projects. Time and time again, homeowners were forced to make major financial decisions without fully understanding the construction process, contractor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, permitting requirements, or the risks involved.

Many homeowners wanted to build their dream home but felt overwhelmed by the complexity of the process. Others wanted to take advantage of South Carolina's Owner-Builder provisions but lacked the knowledge and support necessary to manage a successful project.

At the same time, many builders and contractors needed additional administrative, organizational, and project management support to help keep projects moving efficiently.

RPM CC & ORG was created to fill that gap.

Our mission is simple:

To help homeowners and builders plan smarter, stay organized, avoid costly mistakes, and successfully complete residential construction projects.

The Founder’s Background

beginnning his career working directly in residential construction alongside experienced builders and contractors. Through years of hands-on involvement, he gained practical knowledge in:

• Contractor coordination
• Project scheduling
• Budget planning
• Permit and inspection procedures
• Client communication
• Construction documentation
• Jobsite organization and oversight

This experience provided a unique perspective from both the homeowner's and contractor's side of the industry.

Rather than focusing solely on construction labor, he became increasingly interested in the planning, management, coordination, and decision-making aspects of successful projects.

That passion eventually led to the creation of RPM CC & ORG.

Being that we are still considered a small business we are proud to say that we have successfully helped to build over 5 new-construction homes with our systems in place, some with the home owner-builder as owners representative and others working along side trusted builders. 

We have worked in over 15 home renovations and helped organize more than 10 smaller residential projects.
