Axiom 2.
Everyone can have joyful, meaningful, and empowering mathematical experiences.
Axiom 3.
Mathematics is a powerful, malleable tool that can be shaped and used differently by various communities to serve their needs.

Click here to get some advice about how to write an email in an academic context! In a nutshell
Try to be clear. Include a title in the subject . Add your full name, your academical status, the name of your institution, etc. Explain why you are writing the message and add relevant information.
Remember to be polite. This includes greeting the person with her academical title if you don't know her and at least by name or last name.
