Having a good organization of videos and photos is very important for our club and for any type of organization in general. We strive to adhere to this idea, which is why we have a central database, Google Drive and OneDrive, to host all of our photos. Since this database can be accessed by any club member of student council, it allows for ease of convenience and ensures that no photo is lost in history. The database has been set up with a feature that allows one to sort each photo into folders and tags depending on its characteristics. This allows users to find a specific photo or video seamlessly. Due to unexpected circumstances, though, we are sometimes unable to access the internet to find these photos or videos; however, we have found a way to counter this issue using backups. An offline backup system has been set up on our advisor's computer to allow for each photo to be accessed even when offline. This system within the database keeps us organized, time-efficient, and effective, especially in certain situations that we face as a part of our work in student council.
Below is the folder that the can be accessed by the public to view the fun photos and projects that take place within student council. Some photos are not accessible to the public in order to protect the privacy of those who do not wish to show their face or for other reasons.
