TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rozi mobile application ("Rozi", "the app"). Rozi is provided by Tukracraft ("we", "us", "the developer"), an individual developer based in India. By downloading, installing, or using Rozi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Rozi is

Rozi is a simple tool that helps you record staff and worker attendance and calculate wages, salary, overtime and advances, and share a salary slip. It is a record-keeping and calculation aid. All your records are stored on your own device.

2. Your account and eligibility

The current version of Rozi does not require you to create an account or sign in. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the app.

3. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Rozi on a device you own or control, for your own business or personal record-keeping. This licence is for using the app as intended; it does not transfer any ownership to you.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you enter (worker names, wage rates, attendance, advances, and so on). Rozi calculates based on what you enter.

• Using the app lawfully and only for legitimate record-keeping. You must have the right to record any information you enter about other people.

• Keeping your own backups of your data (see section 6).

• Keeping your device and the app secure (for example with a screen lock and the in-app lock).

5. Not professional, legal, tax, or payroll advice

Rozi is a record-keeping and calculation tool only. It is NOT payroll, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or for your own judgement. The wage, salary, overtime, and advance figures the app produces are aids to help you; you are solely responsible for verifying them and for paying your workers correctly and on time. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including labour, minimum wage, and tax laws. We are not a party to any employment or payment arrangement between you and your workers.

6. Your data and backups

Your records are stored locally on your device. We do not hold a copy on any server in this version. This means:

• You control your data and can delete it at any time in the app or by uninstalling.

• If your device is lost, damaged, reset, or the app is uninstalled without a backup, your data may be permanently lost, and we cannot recover it because we never had it.

• You are responsible for making and safely keeping your own backup files. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law;

• copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app;

• use the app to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights;

• interfere with or disrupt the app or attempt to bypass its intended functioning.

8. Price and future changes

Rozi is currently free to use. We may, in future versions, introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, or other services. If we do, we will make the terms of those clear before you choose to use or pay for them, and any purchase will be handled by the Google Play billing system under Google's terms. These Terms will be updated accordingly.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo, design, and content (other than the data you enter) are owned by the developer and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name or logo without our permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Rozi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or record will be free of mistakes. You use the app at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, wage or payment disputes, or business loss, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) Rozi -- even if we have been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using Rozi at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop providing the app, or any feature, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will continue to apply after you stop using the app.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Rozi after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
