2. Eligibility

To use Royal Riders, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).
Own or have access to a valid two-wheeler for ride participation.
Comply with all local traffic and safety laws.

3. Account Registration

You are required to create an account to access community features.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.
Royal Riders reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these terms.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use Royal Riders only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Post, share, or transmit any offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
Use the app for commercial promotion, spam, or harassment.
Engage in any behavior that endangers other riders or disrupts the community.

5. Ride Participation

When joining or hosting a ride:
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your vehicle.
You agree to wear appropriate safety gear (helmet, gloves, etc.).
Royal Riders is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during rides.
Ride organizers are not official representatives of Royal Riders unless explicitly authorized.

6. Location and Permissions

The app may request permission to access your location only during active rides.
This enables route tracking and rider synchronization.
You can disable location access at any time, but doing so may limit certain app features.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, graphics, and content within Royal Riders are the intellectual property of Royal Riders.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

By sharing content (photos, comments, ride details) in the app, you grant Royal Riders a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content within the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you share.

9. Limitation of Liability

Royal Riders is a community platform, not a ride organizer or travel agency.
We are not responsible for:
Any personal injuries, vehicle damage, or financial losses during rides.
Service interruptions, app errors, or data loss.
Misuse of the app by other users.

Your participation in any ride or activity is at your own risk.

10. Termination of Access

Royal Riders reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Restrict access to the app without prior notice in case of misuse or illegal activity.

11. Updates to the Terms

We may modify or update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the app after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
