I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics at North Carolina State University, working under the mentorship of Dr. Lorena Bociu and Dr. Khai T. Nguyen. I am currently working on: Fluid Structure Interactions, Wave Breaking Phenomena, Two Point Boundary Value Problem, Long time behavior of hyperbolic PDEs.
I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Memphis under the supervision of Dr. Irena Lasiecka. My thesis focused on the control and optimization of systems governed by nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs).
I believe in the pivotal role of a teacher. My own journey in mathematics was shaped by an inspiring high school teacher, and that experience continues to influence my approach in the classroom. I aim to create an engaging learning environment that encourages confidence, and a genuine appreciation for mathematics.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time in nature and the simplicity of everyday moments.
