The houses that are apart of Central Commons have remained the same since the first house was built in 1995. To own these houses you would have to pay a mortgage. Over the years, a few of the houses in the neighborhood have been rented out and families move in and out instead of buying the homes.

Fun Fact: The first house that was built in Central Commons is the house that I grew up in.
