Rules and Regulations （細則及條例）
1. 參賽短片可運用真人演繹、動畫或電腦影像等形式製作，劇情片或紀錄片形式皆可，攝影器材亦無限制。
2. 短片可由AI生成圖像，再以幻燈片形式表達，此形式短片必須加上真人語音傍白。
3. 參賽短片如果使用無人機拍攝，則需要依照法例規管情況下合法拍攝，否則影片將被取消資格
4. 短片須附出有標題（不多於20字）及簡介（不多於100字)。
5. 蒙古語短片需加上英文或中文字幕
6. 曾經發表或參賽的短片概不接受。
7. 參賽短片須為原創短片（非商業用免費資源可適用)，任何侵犯版權或涉及侵犯版權的短片概不接受。
8. 不論獲獎與否，主辦機構擁有對參賽短片的出版、展覽、翻譯、編輯和宣傳的權利，包括但不限於網絡或電子推廣等媒介使用。
9. 參賽短片不得含任何淫穢、不雅、挑釁、誹謗或宣傳個人或商業的內容，否則可能被取消資格。
10. 主辦機構保留取消任何違反比賽規則的參賽者資格的權利。
11. 主辦機構保留在不事先通知的情況下修改比賽規則的權利。
12. 任何參賽短片所引致與版權或其他法律問題有關之責任，主辦機構概不負責。
13. 主辦機構保留對本次比賽規則的最終解釋權及裁判權。
1. The video can be produced in various forms, such as live-action, animation, or computer-generated imagery. Both feature films and documentaries are acceptable, and there are no restrictions on the photography equipment.
2. The video can be in the form of AI generated image, which can then be presented by way of slideshows. Such video must include live voice-over narration.
3. If drones are used to shoot the entries, the shooting must be legally operated according to applicable regulations. Otherwise, the video will be disqualified.
4.The video must be accompanied by a title (no more than 20 words) and an introduction (no more than 100 words).
5. Mongolian language videos must include English or Chinese subtitles.
6.Previously published or contested works will not be accepted.
7.Entries must be original works (free resources for non-commercial use can be applied ), and any works that infringe or involve copyright infringement will not be accepted.
8.Regardless of winning or not, the host organisation has the right to publish, exhibit, translate, edit and publicise the entries, including but not limited to media such as online or electronic promotion.
9.Entries must not contain any content that is obscene, indecent, provocative, defamatory or promoting personal, commercials; otherwise, they may be disqualified.
10.The host organisation reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the competition rules.
11.The host organisation reserves the right to amend the competition rules without prior notice.
12.The host organisation is not responsible for any liability relating to copyright or other legal issues arising from entries.
13.The host organisation has the sole discretion in interpreting the rules and adjudicating this competition.
評審標準 Judging Criteria:
故事內容及貼題度 Story Content and Relevance to the theme – 50%
影片創意 Video Creativity – 30%
視覺及音效創作 Visual, Music and Sound Effects – 20%
參賽標題或簡介必須包含以下其中一或兩項關鍵詞
Entry title or introduction must contain one or both of the following keywords
1. 低碳生活 型格時尚 ( Carbon Zero, As It Glams.)
2. 走塑減廢 引領潮流( Plastic Zero, As It Trends.)
