國際扶輪於2020年6月敲定了保護環境為第七個新的重點領域。為提高社會的參與度，以及令大眾認識和鼓勵推動環保，國際扶輪3450地區保育地球委員會將舉辦一個短片創作比賽, 當中包括香港、澳門及蒙古的中學、青年學院及大專學生。希望藉此增加學生參與促進環境保護，提高大眾意識。今次比賽的主題是" 低碳生活， 型格時尚。走塑減廢，引領潮流。" 希望參與者向自己的親朋好友宣傳，讓我們的地球村氣候變遷和生態環境不再進一步惡化。

Since June 2020 “ Supporting the Environment” has been recognised by Rotary International (RI) as the new avenue of service and the seventh area of focus. Rotary International District 3450 Preserve Planet Earth Committee will hold a video competition for Secondary School, Youth College and Tertiary Group students in Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia to increase social participation, raise public awareness, and promote environmental protection. The theme of the competition is “ Carbon Zero As It Glams, Plastic Zero As It Trends.”. We hope that participants will promote it to their relatives and friends so that our global village’s climate change and ecological environment will not further deteriorate.
