COCA-COLA SALES REPORT
COCA-COLA SALES REPORT
I prepared and transformed the dataset so it could support accurate analysis and interactive reporting.
I cleaned the data, corrected inconsistencies, and standardised brand and retailer names.
I created calculated measures including total revenue, operating profit, profit margin, year‑on‑year growth, and brand contribution percentages.
I structured the data model to allow filtering by brand, retailer, and time period.
I selected visual formats that best represented comparisons, trends, and performance metrics.
This ensured the dataset was reliable and ready for meaningful analysis.
I designed the dashboard to be intuitive, visually clear, and aligned with professional BI standards.
• I used a clean layout with KPIs at the top showing total sales, units sold, average price, and profit margin.
• I added slicers for brand, retailer, and year to make the dashboard fully interactive.
• I applied consistent colour‑coding for each brand to make comparisons easy.
• I used line charts for quarterly trends, bar charts for brand and retailer performance, and pie charts for contribution analysis.
• I included a dedicated section for Coca‑Cola’s brand‑level performance to highlight its significant growth.
The dashboard provides a complete view of sales performance and allows users to explore insights from multiple angles.
My Findings
• 2023 saw a major boost in sales across all brands, suggesting stronger marketing, seasonal demand, or improved distribution.
• West Soda and BevCo dominate retailer performance, indicating strong partnerships or wider market reach.
• Coca‑Cola’s 355% growth highlights it as the standout brand in the portfolio.
• Quarterly trends show consistent growth through Q3, with a slight dip in Q4.
• Amazon and Target show significant improvement, especially in 2023, pointing to growing online and retail demand.
