Each school year requires a commitment by both the student and parent/guardian to participate
in the Rosepine Band program. Students may begin as early as 5th grade at the Elementary School and continue through their senior year at the High School.

Students and parents will be asked to sign a Band Contract, complete a Medical Form,
and provide an Instrument Rental Agreement if using school instruments/equipment.
New school year forms will be available at the end of the current school year.
Here are the forms for the 2026-2027 School year, due to Mr. Nichols by May 15, 2026 or within a week of joining the band.
Complete the contract for Elementary (Grade 5 or 6) or High School (Grade 7-12) Band. Each student will also need a complete Health & Medical Form on file before they can travel with the band. Students who need to use a school instrument as well as percussion and colorguard will need to complete an Instrument Rental Agreement.
