Hi, I'm Rose, a freelance writer and journalist.

My expertise is in local reporting, with a focus on politics, health and sustainability.

My recent work has shone a light on harm reduction initiatives, dug into the connection between the far right and domestic violence, and explored the real effects on communities from the rising cost of living.

In 2018, I graduated from the University of Leeds with a bachelor's in Cultural and Media Studies.

I'm currently studying a Master's in Journalism and NCTJ diploma at The University of Sheffield.
