Goals:
Make Ottawa a more sustainable and environmentally responsible city while giving young people meaningful opportunities to participate in local environmental action.
Deliverables:
Work with schools, universities, community groups, and local organizations to organize youth-led cleanups, tree-planting, and sustainability initiatives.
Promote awareness of Ottawa’s existing environmental programs, resources, and incentives available to young people.
Advocate for increasing Ottawa tree canopy in Capital ward and Centertown.
