Grandma + Grandpa

3/12/21

Forty-five years ago, way back in 1975, Margie Linda Atanacio married Eric Jay Haley. Since then, they have had eight kids, nineteen grandkids (almost twenty), and two great-grandkids (almost three). They watched their children grow up and educated them at home. They watched each of their kids get married and walked all six of their daughters down the aisle. They were alongside their daughters and daughters-in-law when going through the struggles of pregnancy and were there to meet many of their grandkids when they were only minutes old. This is why today we set aside the day to celebrate them and everything they have done for our family.

Being the oldest...I mean wisest... couple around, they are the best ones to ask for advice. For everything from relationships to homework, they can find a way to aid anyone. Again this is not going to be a long post, but I think they deserve the biggest shoutout of all. So let’s take a moment to message them and remind them just how much we care. They are amazing parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and people in general, and raised amazing kids who are now just the same.

Together they opened up Leonard's Book Restoration, which is now one of the most popular Book Rebinding Shops in the country, dare I say the world! They are a symbol that we can do great things when we work together. Though they may argue over a few things here and there, all that matters is their love for one another. On March 12th, 2021 they celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary.
