If you have made double payment via Online Banking , ShopeePay or Tng E-Wallet , please contact our seller via the WhatsApp. Kindly provide proof of double payment in the form of a screenshot in order for our seller to assist you further. 

Yes, you can change your payment method anytime before the payment is successfully paid to the seller. 

We use JNT Express Courier service to deliver product to customers

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Deliveries by our courier provider to your address might take 2-5 business days upon acceptance of your order.  

The terms and conditions for buyers returning products are as follows: 

1. Reasons for return/refund

Buyers can return products for the following reasons:

• Did not receive the order (e.g. parcel lost in transit)

• Did not receive the product in sufficient quantity

• Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size , different product)

• Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dents, scratches, cracks)

2. Evidence submission

Buyers must submit strong photo and/or video for evidence that clearly supports the reason for the return/refund, where applicable.

 Some examples include: 

• Photos or videos of parcel internal and external packaging showing the product defects 

You can raise a return/refund request for your order via contact the seller through the WhatsApp App and state the reason to return/refund. You can only request a return/refund within two weeks after receiving the product.

There may be two solutions available, depending on your return/refund reason: 

• Return and Refund

• Refund Only (you may received back your money )
