These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us Rope Flow and you (The Customer). By accessing and using this Website, and its products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions are subject to changes and modifications from time to time. You should therefore check the Terms and Conditions before placing subsequent orders.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Please do confirm availability before sending payment to us. To order goods on this Website, you must be 18 years old and over. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff dispatch the item(s). We will aim to do this within 48hrs for all orders placed.

AVAILABILITY

Occasionally, we may be out of certain items and waiting for delivery. We will inform you by e-mail if this situation occurs. We shall endeavor to supply any and all items ordered. However, we reserve the right not to supply any or all items ordered by a Customer if the same are not available.

PAYMENT

On placing an order, you are required to provide payment details. When placing an order you confirm that all payment details provided by you are true and accurate with proof of transfer for our reference.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

When placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order. It is a confirmation that we have received it. Until you receive the confirmation e-mail of the products dispatched, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of an order is only possible prior to the item(s) being dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please telephone us using the details on the contact page. As we try to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.

PRICING

Prices shown on this Website are in Singapore Dollars(SGD). Local delivery in Singapore add SGD7/- The Delivery charge for oversea address is an additional cost of SGD20/-

We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are correct; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any point.
