As a manager, Meredith setting a clear agenda by outlining the meeting's purpose and objectives so that everyone understands what needs to be achieved. Meredith also offering support and resources ensures team members have what they need to succeed, while also helping to solve any problems that may arise. She also encourages creativity and innovation within the group to stimulates new ideas and approaches.

Grace Ping Joshua Ewen

Grace's outstanding organizational abilities were essential to the functioning of our team as she served as secretary. She oversaw scheduling, meticulously recorded meeting minutes, and maintained the accessibility and organization of all project documentation. Grace assisted with media editing tasks and offered insightful ideas during brainstorming sessions. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive assistance were essential to preserving the organization and clarity of the project.

Krystle Tan Siew Voon

Krystle as a researcher conducted thorough research on the café, including its history, menu, target audience, and online presence. This information provide context for the interview and help in formulating relevant questions. The data collection, combined with creative analytical approaches, provided a comprehensive overview of the café's current operations and future opportunities.


Daisy Natasa anak Anyan

Daisy as an interviewer develop a comprehensive list of interview questions that cover various aspects such as operations, customer experience, marketing strategies, and future plans. Daisy also take note on Roots & Bliss café’s work environment. Overall her interviewing technique was exemplary. She asked open-ended questions that encouraged detailed responses, and her ability to create a comfortable environment for the café owner is evident in the depth and honesty of their responses.

Spencer Fletcher anak Vincent Bensten

Spencer as our lead website developer, I was particularly impressed by Spencer’s innovative approaches, such as his exploration of emerging technologies like AI-driven personalization and blockchain for secure transactions. These insights reflect his forward-thinking approach to website development. The visual aids that he included provided visual evidence and enhanced the readability of the website.


Marsha Vichelly Dexter

Marsha skills in photograph moments visually not only adds depth to the qualitative data but also provides a powerful visual narrative that complements the interviewees' stories. Her proficiency in photo editing is evident in the enhancements made to the photographs. The adjustments in lighting, composition, and focus have elevated the visual appeal while maintaining the authenticity of the scenes captured.

Suggest improved strategies to develop and maintain online customer experience. 

Our response:

To develop and maintain a better online customer experience, we would focus on creating a user-friendly website design, ensuring easy navigation with clear categories and search options to help customers find what they need quickly. Additionally, we would implement responsive customer service by offering multiple channels such as live chat, email, and phone support, ensuring prompt and effective responses to build trust and satisfaction. Furthermore, personalized recommendations based on customer data would be provided to make customers feel valued and to increase sales by showing them products they are more likely to be interested in.

If your group is given another chance to re-do the project, how would you do it differently 

Our response:

If given another chance to re-do the project, we would focus on better planning and time management by creating a detailed project timeline and assigning specific tasks to each team member. Improved communication through regular meetings and collaboration tools would ensure everyone stays updated and on the same page. This approach would help us identify and resolve issues early, leading to a more organized and successful project outcome. Also implement a continuous improvement strategy by regularly reviewing our processes and incorporating feedback from team members. Hold regular brainstorming sessions to encourage idea sharing and encouraging team members to seek inspiration from various sources such as design blogs.
