Spring Equinox - BREATHWORK + SOUND BATH + MEDITATION - $20

I’m so happy to announce my next Reset Class, happening Thursday 3/26/2026 at 8pm at Rae House Dance Studio in Nibley.

For this class, we’ll begin by setting intention around the Spring Equinox—celebrating new life, new beginnings, and a return to balance.

These Reset classes are 60-minute experiences that begin with simple grounding and meditation. From there, we move into an active, energizing breath practice for about 20–25 minutes, and end with deep relaxation and a sound bath.

“Breathwork” refers to an active style of breathing that stimulates the body and nervous system with the intention of releasing tension stored in the physical body, activating the sympathetic nervous system in a safe and contained setting to help shift triggered responses, and connecting more deeply to the spiritual self. It’s quite lovely :)

Pink Floyd Experience - BREATHWORK + SOUND BATH + MEDITATION - $30 

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 28, 2026 7PM at The Alley on Center, 19 W Center Street Logan, Utah

Step beyond the ordinary and into an immersive journey of sound, breath and light.  Join Annie and Sunshyn for a Pink Floyd themed south bath and guided breathwork class, inspired by the music, mood and expansive atmosphere of one of the most iconic bands of all time. 

They'll guide you through intentional somic breathwork before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath - letting vibrations, visuals and breath dissolve tension and open space in the mind and body. 

Expect:

• Guided breathwork to tune in, ground and expand awareness, guided by Annie

• A full-bodied multi instrument sound bath, along with Pink Floyd's epic 9 part version of Shine Of You Crazy Diamond.

• Immerseice, atmosphereic lighting to elevate the experience.

• Deep rest, reflection, and a touch of the cosmic.

Come ready to lie back, breathe deep and drift somewhere between time and sound.

Space is limited. All levels welcome.

Bring a mat, cushion, waterbottle, pillow, blanket and anything else you need to help you get cozy.
