Cupping Therapy offers a unique and highly effective approach to working with the soft tissues of the body. Gently lifting and decompressing skin, fascia, and muscles to loosen restrictions within the tissue, break up and drain stagnation, and increase blood and lymph flow in ways that are not possible using forced tissue compression. Cupping is an excellent therapeutic modality for improving circulation, relieving pain, and promoting healing through deep tissue release.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment technique. This form of bodywork has a deeply calming effect on the central nervous system and works with the body's innate ability to heal itself.
Kids and Teens
Massage sessions that are just right for kids and teens!
Pediatric massage (30 mins.) | $45 (3-18 years old*) provided by a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist (CPMT)
*Shorter sessions are a perfect amount of time for younger kids and those who are new to massage, older teens or those experienced with massage may prefer a full 60 or 90 minutes.
