Infant & Pediatric Classes

Infant Massage Classes (ages 3 weeks-12 months)

Michelle is a Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT). She works with expecting and new parents to learn safe and effective ways to provide soothing massage for their infant(s).  The massage techniques shared in this class can aid in:

Sleep patterns Digestion Crying spells Bonding between child and caregiver

Private session: Two, 1-hour lessons | $115. This is a hands-on class for Infants (3 weeks-12 months) and their caregivers. Expecting parents can participate using infant dolls to practice techniques. Sessions can be done in home or at the office. There is a travel charge for locations more than 25 miles from Webster, NH. 

Group session (max 3 families): Three, 1.25-hour lessons | $240

Pediatric Massage Classes (ages 1-13 years old)

As a Level 1 Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist Michelle works with families with children (ages 1-13 years old) sharing the benefits of massage and safe and effective ways to provide massage for their child.

The massage techniques shared in this class can aid in:

Sleep patterns Digestion Anxiety/Depression Growing pains

Private session: Two, 1-hour lessons | $115. Can be done in home (travel charge for locations more than 25 miles from Webster, NH or at the office

Group session (max 6 families): Three, 1.25-hour lessons | $240
