Being a working mother of four children, describing my life as busy is an understatement. I must have a penchant for chaos because juggling full-time school, full-time work, and full-time motherhood creates precisely that. That is why I actively embrace personal goals—they serve as my anchor, providing a sense of peace and balance amid the whirlwind of my life.
Dedicate 15-20 minutes daily to stretching and exercise to honor and nurture the body I have been given.
Take a daily multi-vitamin and drink 8-12 glasses of water daily. Make healthy food choices to nourish my body each day.
Most importantly, dedicate time each week for my husband and children. Explore unique and enjoyable ways to spend quality time together as a family. Embrace that they are my greatest joy and blessing-- my foundational support on this journey.
Finish Phase 3 Strong and pass Intregrate Assessments
Concentrate my energy on core midwifery assignments. Don't strive for perfection. It doesn't have to be perfect!
Foster ongoing collaboration with local midwives, birth professionals, and pregnancy support providers. Approach each interaction as a chance to establish connections that will enrich my support network for individuals going through childbirth.
