Hi, I’m Chelsea — a yoga and mobility instructor passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement, mindful strength, and grounded practices that feel supportive in real life.
My approach to movement is rooted in the belief that yoga doesn’t have to be performative or intimidating to be meaningful. I’m drawn to slower, functional movement that supports mobility, recovery, nervous system regulation, balance, and sustainable strength.
As both a runner and movement enthusiast, I understand how important it is to create practices that help the body feel stronger, more capable, and more supported — not punished.
My classes blend elements of:

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning to movement after time away, or simply looking for a calmer and more approachable experience, my goal is to create a space where you can move without pressure or perfection.
Outside of teaching, you’ll usually find me running, practicing mobility flows at home, spending time with my family, or sharing movement online in ways that feel honest, grounded, and accessible.
This space was created to support movement that feels intentional, restorative, and sustainable — for real people and real life.
