Passionate about natural medicine and travel, Mégane pursued training as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapist and has been practicing in her clinic for the past two years.
Driven by movement in all its forms, first through dance, then through yoga, Anaïs naturally gravitated toward Vinyasa and trained in it in 2021. Her curiosity and passion for learning continually lead her to deepen her practice with inspiring teachers such as Maeva Boldron and Patrick Beach.
