What is Included in our Deep Clean?

All Areas

Dust: corners, decorations, and electronics
Dust, Clean, and Sanitize: baseboards, doors, window items, ceiling fans, light fixtures, other fixtures, frames, and furniture(outer surfaces only)
Place requested fabric items in laundry baskets
Replace/Change: requested items(bedding, kitchen towels)
Beat/Fluff applicable items
Wipe down: picture frame glass and mirrors
Wipe down: window items such as frames, sills, tracks, blinds, etc except for glass panes
Empty, Wash, and Replace Liners on trashcans
Vacuum: carpet floor and rugs
Sweep and Damp Mop floors

Kitchen

Dust, Clean, and Disinfect: back splash and outside appliances
Scrub, Clean, and Disinfect grout
Clean, Disinfect, and Shine: appliances and other fixtures
Run Cleaning Cycle on appliances where possible (not on ovens)
Replace/Change: hand and cleaning towels/rags

Bathrooms

Dust, Clean, and Sanitize: baseboards, doors, window items, ceiling fans, light fixtures, other fixtures, frames, and furniture(outer surfaces only)
Scrub, Clean, and Disinfect grout
Clean, Disinfect, and Shine bathtubs, toilets, shower stalls, sinks, and faucets
Wash shower curtain liner
Replace/change: hand/body towels

How is our Deep Cleaning Package different from other cleaning companies?

Many companies consider a deep clean to be a more thorough version of the superficial Standard Clean. Roost Cleaning Services LLC does not and that is why you find several tasks included in the Deep Clean package.

Here are several tasks that are included in our Deep Cleaning Package:

Wiping down the baseboards
Replace/Change requested items
Run a cleaning cycle on appliances (if possible and not on ovens)
Cleaning outside cupbords
Wiping down lightfixtures and vent covers
Wiping down window items such as blinds, tracks, sills, and frames (not the glass panes)

What Extra Services Can You Request With Your Deep Clean?

Laundry Loads

Clothes and other items will be washed, dried, and folded before taken to specified areas.

Organization/Clutter Pick Up

Items will be organized as instructed. If freezer, refrigerator, pantry, snack drawers, or other food storage area is requested, expired food will be thrown out.

Dish Loads

Dishes will be washed dried, and put away as specified.

Cleaning Inside Furniture/Appliances

Items inside will be removed so the interiors can be cleaned. Items will be placed back inside as found.

Cleaning the interior of kitchen and bathroom cabinets in included in our deep clean as well as cleaning inside the refridgerator and oven.

Inside Window Pane Cleaning

Window items such as blinds, frames, sills, tracks, glass panes, etc within reach will be cleaned from the inside only.

Wiping down all inside window items with the exception of the glass panes are included in the Deep Clean.
