Clean and Disinfect light switches, handles, and banisters.
Clean, Disinfect, & Shine: sinks, faucets, and appliances(outside only)
Run cleaning cycle on appliances(if possible and not on ovens)
Fabric items in laundry basket if requested (clothes not included)
Make the beds, Fluff the pillows

Spot Clean picture frame glass and mirrors

How is our All Extras Deep Cleaning Package different from other cleaning companies?
Many companies and as a consequence people, see deep cleaning as putting in more elbow grease when cleaning everything included in a Standard Cleaning. Roost Cleaning Services LLC however, provides a cleaning that actually opens cuboards not simply to clean the door better, but to clean INSIDE of it. This same treatment is given to the rest of the home.
Here are several tasks that are included in our Deep Cleaning Package:
Cleaning inside cabinets and cupboards
Cleaning inside the refrigerator
Cleaning inside the oven
Cleaning inside the dishwasher
Cleaning inside the microwave
Cleaning the windows from the inside: blinds, panes, frames, sills, tracks, etc
Wiping down the baseboards
Doing one load of dishes
Doing one load of laundry
Replace/Change requested items
Run a cleaning cycle on appliances if possible (not on ovens)
Clutter pick up in all rooms for 10 minutes
Organizing inside cabinets/cupboards and drawers for 5 minutes each
Organizing inside the fridge and pantry for 20 minutes each

Inside Appliance/Furniture
Items found inside appliance/furniture piece will be removed in order to clean. Items will be placed back as found.
Included in the All Extras Deep Clean:
Cleaning inside: oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers.
Laundry Loads
Clothes and other items will be washed, dried, and folded before taken to specified areas.
1 load of laundry is included in the All Extras Deep Clean.
Organization/Clutter Pick Up
Items will be organized as instructed. If freezer, refrigerator, pantry, snack drawers, or other food storage area is requested, expired food will be thrown out.
Included in the All Extras Deep Clean:
Organizing: 5 minutes per kitchen and bathroom cabinet door and drawer; 20 minutes each for pantry and fridge.
Clutter Pick Up: 10 minutes per room.
Dish Loads
Dishes will be washed dried, and put away as specified.
1 load of dishes is included in the All Extras Deep Clean.
