RoomAI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to:
- Upload photos of their rooms
- Transform room photos into various design styles using artificial intelligence
- Save and manage their design creations
The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the accuracy or quality of AI-generated designs.

3. Account Registration
To use RoomAI, you must create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier:
- Limited number of free design generations
PRO Subscription:
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscription options available
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings
Refunds:
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. Contact the respective store for refund requests.

5. User Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of all photos you upload to RoomAI.
License: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing AI design services.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos. Do not upload photos that:
- You do not own or have permission to use
- Contain other people without their consent
- Violate any third-party rights

6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI technology
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
- Share or resell your account access

7. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Ataforge
- AI-generated designs are provided for your personal use
- You may use generated designs for personal or commercial interior design purposes
- You may not claim ownership of our AI technology or algorithms

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ataforge shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions or errors
- Results or quality of AI-generated designs
- Any decisions made based on AI design suggestions

9. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability

10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
