Ataforge ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RoomAI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Personal Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name (from Apple or Google Sign In)
- Email address (from Apple or Google Sign In)
1.2 User Content
- Photos you upload for AI room design transformation
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
- User ID (unique identifier for your account)
- Purchase history (subscription status)
- Product interaction data (number of designs created, favorites)
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide AI-powered room design services
- Process and display your room transformations
- Manage your subscription and provide PRO features
- Send design results via email when you use the share feature
- Improve and optimize our App
- Respond to customer support requests
3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:
- Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 secure cloud storage
- Personal information is stored in encrypted databases
- We use HTTPS for all data transmission
- Authentication tokens are securely stored on your device
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services:
4.1 Authentication
- Apple Sign In: To authenticate your identity
- Google Sign In: To authenticate your identity
4.2 AI Processing
- Replicate (Stability AI): To process your room photos and generate design variations. Photos are sent to their servers for AI processing.
4.3 Payment Processing
- RevenueCat: To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes payment information through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
4.4 Cloud Storage
- Cloudflare R2: To store your uploaded photos and generated designs
5. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information only in the following situations:
- With service providers who assist in operating our App (as listed above)
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights and safety
6. DATA RETENTION
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- Photos and designs: Retained until you delete them or your account
- You can delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account
7. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data
- Opt-out of marketing communications

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
