This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between You (the User) and [Your Name/Company Name] (the Developer). This agreement is solely between You and the Developer, and not with Apple Inc.
The license granted to you for RoomGenie AI is a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Inspiration Only: RoomGenie AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to transform photos of interior spaces. These results are for conceptual and inspirational purposes only.
No Professional Advice: The AI-generated images (including paint colors, wall panels, and furniture swaps) do not guarantee real-world structural integrity, exact color matching, or material availability.
Verification: Users should consult professional contractors or interior designers before making any physical renovations or financial commitments based on the app's output.
Photos: By uploading a photo, you represent that you own the image or have the necessary permissions to use it.
Usage: You grant RoomGenie AI a limited license to process your photo to provide the requested AI transformation. We do not claim ownership of your original photos.
Payment: All premium features (Unlimited redesigns, High-Res exports) are available through auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
Apple ID: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Application. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or any renovation decisions made based on AI designs.
