By downloading, installing, or using RoofBid, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About RoofBid

RoofBid is an iOS app designed to help roofing contractors measure roofs, generate proposals, and manage projects efficiently. All features and tools are intended to assist licensed roofing professionals.

3. Subscriptions

RoofBid is available through an auto-renewing subscription via the Apple App Store. Subscription options:

• Monthly: $9.99 per month

• Yearly: $79.99 per year

Billing and Management:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.

• You can manage, cancel, or renew your subscription anytime in your Apple account settings.

• Refunds and billing inquiries are handled directly by Apple.

4. Using RoofBid

You agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Specifically:

• Use the app for roofing projects and related professional work.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy RoofBid’s code.

• Do not distribute, resell, or sublicense the app.

• You are responsible for any data you enter, including client information and proposals.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

RoofBid prioritizes your privacy. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All client and project data is stored locally on your device.

• Photos and signatures remain private and are not shared externally.

• Apple handles payment transactions; we do not access your payment information.

6. Limitations of Liability

RoofBid is provided “as-is.” While we strive for accuracy:

• We are not responsible for errors in measurements, estimates, or proposals.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

• RoofBid cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will meet all your expectations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design elements, and software in RoofBid are the property of RoofBid or its licensors. You may not use these materials without explicit permission.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update RoofBid periodically to improve features, fix bugs, or comply with new regulations. Updates may automatically install depending on your device settings.

We may also revise these Terms of Service. When we do, the updated terms will be posted in the app and on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can also uninstall the app at any time, which terminates your subscription (subject to Apple billing rules).
