About Me

Hello,

Thanks for your interest in my work.

I have always been interested in creating things, knitting was my first love, followed by drawing, crochet, music, bobbin and needle lace, wood carving and quilting. Those aren't all but, you get the idea. I also enjoy working with computers, well computer software more specifically. I see it as a puzzle to find interesting things I can do with software.

I spent 20 years in the US Air Force, working as a clinical nurse, a nurse educator, and an informatics nurse.

During the 2020 Pandemic I have been busy with helping quilters connect via electronic means, it is both rewarding and challenging at the same time. (It is also why I have so few patterns ready to share. ) I have completed designing the second quilt pattern and I am making the sample quilt now, but I haven't much time to sew at the moment, so progress is slow. I have requests for it though so I guess I better get on with it! (And I will, right after I get those holiday gifts finished for the family)
