This Domain centers on creating an environment that is learning-focused and in which teachers efficiently manage learner behavior in a physical and virtual space. It highlights the need for teachers to utilize a range of resources and provide intellectually challenging and stimulating activities to encourage constructive classroom interactions geared towards the attainment of high standards of learning

Becoming a teacher can be an exciting and challenging experience for anyone. It can be quite difficult to put knowledge into teaching and into an online classroom environment, but “I believe that if you love what you are doing, you're excited about it”. As we build our learning environment, we also build our love of teaching to our students. One of the most powerful examples a teacher can provide is showing respect to her students even in online class. When creating the learning environment for my online classroom, I lead my class by showing positive outlook towards learning to create good rapport among my students. I also gave encouragement and empathy to my students to catch their attention. I learn more about each of my students while building our learning community.

Teaching is more fun if you put an effort towards your learners. As a student teacher, I make sure that my students still engage themselves in our discussion even if it is online class. I gave them various activities that enhance their engagement in the class. I also create an online classroom environment that is stimulating and engaging by following tips to make my classroom conducive to learning. I choose a bright and open space that can inspire and encourage my students to accomplish their activities. I make sure that I am a role model among my students. I also considered that in the online learning environment communication is can be written. It is critical that you feel comfortable in expressing your thoughts in writing that’s why I also let my students express their thought through writing.

Online teaching is difficult because we doesn't always know when a student has not understood something unless that student is willing to communicate that’s why I always instructed them to email or message me if there are unclear task. Furthermore, I hold them to the same standard of positive, encouraging conduct and I create opportunities for them to build relationships with me and with one another through whole-class every day.
