Walk: Beaulieu River

Monday 13th May, 09:30

Meet at 9.30am at the pay and display car park in Beaulieu (behind Beaulieu Garage) SO42 7YE (Grid Ref SU386021). The car park has 40 long stay spaces and can get quite full, so car sharing would be helpful. This is a 4.5mile walk to Buckler’s Hard and back on a level riverside route. There are various options to spend time at Buckler’s Hard e.g. coffee at the Master Builder’s House, a boat trip on the Beaulieu river, or visit the Maritime Museum. Return in your own time by the same route to Beaulieu where there are various options for lunch also. Please contact Mike Townend (miketownend27@aol.com or 01794-514415) for any further details.

Coming next:

Wednesday 12th June                       Setley Common and Boldre Church Walk
