PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE.
BY USING OUR SERVICE OR CLICKING “AGREE,” YOU (“Customer”) ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
This agreement is between Roman Enterprises and the Customer agreeing to these terms.
We provide access to online services for submission and management of UK government forms, tax documents, and other related documents (“Service”).
The Service is delivered via Google Forms, email, and secure Google Drive storage.
At this stage, we do not process payments or provide financial services.
All documents, personal information, and forms uploaded by Customer remain the property of Customer (“Customer Data”).
By submitting data, Customer grants Roman Enterprises the right to use, display, and process Customer Data solely for purposes of providing the Service.
Customer agrees to:
Keep account credentials (if any) secure and confidential.
Ensure all data submitted is accurate and complete.
Use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to submitted data.
Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect Customer Data, including Google Drive encryption.
We do not guarantee the Service is error-free or uninterrupted.
Customer acknowledges that no system is completely secure, and Roman Enterprises cannot be held liable for unauthorized access beyond reasonable measures.
Definition: Confidential Information is any non-public information shared between Customer and Roman Enterprises.
Protection: Each party agrees to protect the other’s Confidential Information using reasonable care and not disclose it outside the scope of this agreement.
Exclusions: Confidential Information does not include information that (i) becomes public through no fault of the recipient, (ii) was already known to the recipient, (iii) is independently developed, or (iv) is required to be disclosed by law.
All software, workflows, designs, and other proprietary processes used to provide the Service remain the property of Roman Enterprises.
Customer may not copy, sell, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
Aggregate, anonymised data may be used by us to improve the Service.
Term: This agreement remains in effect until terminated.
Termination by Customer: Customer may terminate at any time via email at johnalexroman@gmail.com.
Termination by Roman Enterprises: We may terminate or suspend access if Customer violates terms or applicable laws.
Data After Termination: Customer Data will be available for 30 days after termination for download or retrieval. After this period, data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost opportunities.
Total Liability: Our total liability is limited to the scope of the Service provided.
Indemnity: Customer agrees to indemnify Roman Enterprises for any third-party claims arising from Customer Data or misuse of the Service.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
Both parties may seek injunctive relief where necessary to prevent breaches of intellectual property or data obligations.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Service.
Amendments: Changes to these terms are effective when posted on the website. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control (e.g., technical failures, acts of God).
Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback submitted by Customer are non-confidential, and Roman Enterprises may use them freely.
No Assignment: Neither party may assign this agreement without consent, except in the case of a merger or sale of assets.
Customer agrees that if no action is taken for 12 months, the Service may be treated as dormant.
In such cases, no refunds are issued; instead, credit for the cost of the Service may be applied to future use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Customers should review them regularly.
