At Roman Enterprises, we have complete confidence in our platform and the services provided by our professional advisors (“Accountants”). To demonstrate this, we offer an Accuracy Guarantee.
The Accuracy Guarantee applies when your Accountant makes an error in processing your documents, returns, or submissions through the Service.
The Guarantee only applies if:
The error arises solely from the Accountant’s actions or advice; and
You have provided all required information and documentation accurately via the Platform or during the provision of Services.
If the conditions above are met:
Full Refund: We will refund you in full for the affected service.
Resubmission Option: You may resubmit your documents or return at no additional cost, with an alternative qualified Accountant assigned.
The Accuracy Guarantee does not cover errors arising from:
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
Deays or technical issues outside the control of Roman Enterprises or the assigned Accountant.
Any other services not explicitly covered under the Accountant’s role on the Platform.
This Guarantee does not limit or affect your statutory consumer rights under English law.

Nothing in this Agreement diminishes, restricts, or contradicts the commitments made under the Accuracy Guarantee.
Roman Enterprises reserves the right to review and verify claims to ensure compliance with the terms of this Guarantee.
