Hi, welcome to my personal website! I am a graduate in Human- Centered Mechatronics Engineering at Technological Institute of Toluca since Feb. 2013 and I am pursuing a Master Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Technological Institute of Monterrey with a minor in Project Management and another one in Humanoid Robotics. Currently I'm seeking to build a career in the engineering profession with a Company that enables me to learn and implement new technologies for the betterment of the organization. My previous research mainly focused on the "Design and Control of a Series Elastic Actuator Equipped with Semi-Active Dampers for Safe Human-Roman Interaction". Please visit the page about my research, I will really appreciate any comment about my projects.
From June to August 2013 I worked in an internship at the University of Victoria, Victoria BC, Canada in the Department of Mechanical Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Daniela Constantinescu. My research project was entitled "Haptic Rendering of the Acceleration of Particles Moving along pre-specified Paths".
After a successful performance and a awesome experience at the University of Victoria, I achieved support from COMECyT and Technological Institute of Toluca to work in an internship at Fondazione Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia [Genova, Italy] in the Department of Advanced Robotics under the supervision of Dr. Matteo Laffranchi. Current research is focused on the Design and Control of a Series Elastic Actuator Equipped with Semi-Active Dampers for Safe Human-Robot Interaction.
Previously I worked in an internship at Robert Bosch S.A de C.V Toluca's Plant in the Department of Manufacturing and Systems Engineering, where I Design and Developed an Artificial Vision System Based Open-Source for Quality Control in Wiper Direct Actuators Manufacturing as a semester project. Under the supervision of Diego Alberto Jurado Ortega, Josué Fabela Orozco and many good coworkers and friends I had the opportunity to learn technical aspects about lean manufacturing, ergonomics, productivity and a lot of things about Process and Manufacturing Engineering.
I love to develop new robotic techniques. Basically, all the topics related to robotics, systems and control engineering and applied computer vision are interesting to me. Currently, I spent most of the time studying Safe Physical Human-Robot Collaboration and Mechatronics Systems. My research interest also include automation system, applied computer vision, bio-inspired actuators and navigation and control of autonomous vehicles.
I am happy to answer any questions about my research or related topics. Please feel free to contact me by email.
