QUAMPO (QUAlité des Milieux côtiers POrtuaire en Haute-Corse) is developing an innovative method for monitoring water quality based on ecotoxicology techniques for measuring biomarkers in invertebrates and developing tools for port managers.
Foosin - project is working to facilitate the progressive implementation of FAIR principles by data managers and producers in agriculture and agri-food. Improved data management will facilitate interdisciplinarity and reproducibility of work while reducing data duplication. We are particularly interested in the application of FAIR principles to semantic resources (ontologies, thesauri…) which are themselves key elements for making data more FAIR (Principle I2).
TRAFIC - Areas of potential high-interaction between marine traffic and marine mammals in French West Indies: this project aims at improving the knowledge on the pressure of maritime activities on the marine environment in the Caribbean Sea. In particular, a master internship focuses on studying the spatiotemporal co-occurrence between marine traffic and cetaceans.
