C’s Kowes was founded by Charlie Pataniczek, a resident of Meteor Island, after a dispute over the island’s purchase by Meteor Town’s mayor, Kaz Prince. Seeking independence, Charlie purchased several acres near Saltford and began establishing a homestead and farm. While exploring his land, he made a remarkable discovery: small, furry humanoid creatures he called Kowes.

Standing roughly three feet tall and covered in fur, the Kowes lived in a hidden community of hobbit-like dwellings. Charlie quickly observed that they were intelligent and capable of using simple tools, including axes and spears. Recognizing their potential, he brought a number of Kowes to his homestead, where he began breeding them and providing them to farms and households for labor.
