This statue has stood along Route 21, just outside of Carson, since 1989. 

Our Show's Backdrop

The Carson Roller Mill is the only known intact roller mill in ND remaining, essentially unaltered, and still containing its original equipment.

Fun Fact: Carson was laid out in 1910 when the Northern Pacific Railway was extended to that point.  The city's name is a portmanteau of the surnames of two settlers: Frank Carter and Simon Pederson.
