• Managed pricing for 80 short-term rental listings, leveraging data-driven pricing techniques, strategies and revenue optimization to maximize profitability. 

• Priced 80 listings for one month in two days and 80 listings for two months in 3–4 days, with all pricing decisions approved by the CEO within two weeks of joining. 

• Optimized underperforming listings that is steep on time, turning them into breakeven or profitable assets through data driven pricing decisions (e.g. historic data, booking trends, competitor analysis, and market fluctuations).

AI Video Processing System - 10/2024 to Present

• Designed and built an AI-driven automation system that reduced manual content segmentation time from 2–3 hours to 35–40 minutes per video. 

• Achieved 70–80% accuracy in content selection, benchmarked against manually edited videos.

• Integrated various AI models (Whisper, RoBERTa, Flan T5-base, TransnetV2, etc. ), deep learning frameworks, and algorithms using Python.
