Research Questions:

· In the thick presence of the Anthropocene, how is the privilege of experiencing Turrell’s installation at the Roden crater reminding us of our connection and responsibility to every other being.

· How is Turrell’s work at the crater relevant to the environment? Beyond the aesthetic manipulations of the crater in what ways is the project concerned with the complexities of the ecology?

· How will working together in interdisciplinary collaborations generate new knowledge and ways off understanding?
