• Mentoring: The Galaxy program is a year-long program that involves mentoring a cohort of 10–13 first year undergraduates majoring in STEM, helping with their schedules, academic concerns, teaching LATEX, building résumés, avoiding burnout, being aware of systematic racism, etc. I have participated for two years (4 semesters) under Kene Piasta.
