1. Acceptance

Welcome to Rock Paper Tuition (the "App"), owned and operated by Rextech Studios Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Rock Paper Tuition app and related services. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rextech Studios Private Limited regarding your use of the App. Your continued use of the App following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. User Eligibility & Parental Consent

• Our App is designed for children under 15 years old. However, users under the age of 13 must have explicit parental or guardian consent before accessing and using the App.

• Parents and legal guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their child’s activity on the App and ensuring that the child complies with these Terms.

• If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the associated account.

• Parental controls are available for restricting access to certain features and functionalities within the App.

3. License & Restrictions

We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant any ownership rights over the App, its content, or intellectual property. Users must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our App or its content without prior written consent.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with or extract data from our App.

• Use the App for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.

• Upload or distribute any harmful software, malware, or viruses through the App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the App, its servers, or other systems.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice. We reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to games, images, text, graphics, code, sounds, UI/UX design, animations, and branding, is the exclusive property of Rextech Studios Private Limited and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or exploit any part of the App without explicit written permission.

• If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used improperly within the App, please contact us at  Info@rextechstudios.com  with appropriate supporting documents.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• The App may offer optional in-app purchases and subscription plans that unlock additional features, content, or benefits.

• All payments for subscriptions or purchases are processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized third-party payment providers.

• Subscription fees are automatically charged on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store, and we have limited ability to process direct refunds.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using our App, you agree to:
✔️ Use the App solely for lawful, educational, and non-commercial purposes.
✔️ Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
✔️ Immediately report any bugs, inappropriate content, or security vulnerabilities to us.
✔️ Not engage in any form of hacking, exploitation, or abuse of the App.
✔️ Not impersonate other users or create multiple accounts to manipulate features.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in account suspension, removal, or legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

🚨 USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. 🚨

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure access to the App.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rextech Studios Private Limited disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

• We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, system failure, or personal injury resulting from the use of the App.

• We shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, server issues, cyber-attacks, or government restrictions.

• In any case, our total liability for any claims related to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months, if any.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

Our App collects personal and non-personal data to improve user experience and functionality.

• We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Personal data (e.g., name, email, phone number) is collected only for account registration, customer support, and essential functionality.

• Non-personal data (e.g., device info, app usage, performance metrics) is collected for analytics, security, and improving the App.

• We comply with COPPA & GDPR-K regulations to protect children's data privacy.

8. Third-Party Services & External Links

The App may contain third-party links or services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).

• We are not responsible for the policies, security, or practices of external websites or services.

• Users should review third-party privacy policies before engaging with them.

9. Confidentiality & Security

You agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information related to our business, operations, proprietary content, or user data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security against breaches.

10. Breach of Terms & Enforcement

If a user violates these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Suspend or terminate the user’s access to the App.

• Report violations to law enforcement authorities.

• Take legal action to seek damages or prevent further misuse.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved through mutual negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in [City, India].

12. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be:
