Interested in joining or continuing your journey with Rocket Aerials at Assumption? Follow these four steps to be ready for the 2026-2027 season!

 
1.  Read the RA Handbook

2. Fill out the  Student Info/ Performer and Guardian Agreement Form

3. Get a physical and upload it on the AHS site 

4. Fill out a waiver

Physical forms can be downloaded and then uploaded by class year: Back to School Letter 

Waivers need to be submitted for all participants. A new waiver is required each school year. Please print and bring with you the first day of practice. You can also email them to the head coach at Aerials@AHSRockets.org: Waiver
